- Mettre en œuvre la solution pour le client
- Assurer le suivi de la demande client
- Capter le niveau de satisfaction des clients
- Alerter les consultants en cas de problèmes récurrents

Nous sommes un éditeur de logiciels basé à Carquefou, aux portes de Nantes. Nous recherchons un Chargé Support ERP pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Nous offrons un environnement de travail collaboratif et valorisons le développement professionnel.
