Requirements
Must:
- De formation Bac + 2 Informatique
- 2 ans dexpérience minimum à un poste similaire
- Aisance relationnelle
- Connaissance des outils Windows
- Maîtrise de la suite Office
- Connaissance dActive Directory
- Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents simples à distance
- Esprit déquipe
- Rigueur
- Curiosité
- Volonté dapprendre
Responsibilities
- Être le point dentrée de toutes les demandes venant des 15 établissements du groupement
- Recevoir 30 à 50 appels très variés chaque jour
- Créer des tickets sous loutil dédié
- Escalader les demandes N3 à vos homologues techniciens de proximité
- Participer ponctuellement à des opérations terrain (1 journée par mois avec un technicien de proximité)
- Participer à lastreinte (après 3 à 6 mois dintégration)

Nous sommes un groupement hospitalier à la recherche dun(e) Technicien Helpdesk H/F. Vous serez rattaché(e) à notre DSI de cinquante personnes et rejoindrez un centre de services de 15 personnes. Nous offrons un salaire de 1900 € nets/mois, 19 jours de RTT, 28 jours de congés payés dès la première année, ainsi quune cantine sur place avec participation employeur. Nous offrons également de réelles perspectives dévolution au sein de notre structure.
