Requirements
Must:
- Bac + 2/3 informatique ou Ă©quivalent
- Minimum 2 ans dexpérience en support N2 hors alternance
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office 365
- Expérience sur SCCM, inTune, Active Directory appréciée
- Anglais courant impératif
Responsibilities
- Travailler avec loutil ITSM pour le ticketing
- Réaliser le support N1 et N2 auprès des utilisateurs
- GĂ©rer les diagnostics hardware et software
- Être responsable du stock de matériel
- Être force de proposition dans lamélioration du service support
- Intervenir avec les ingénieurs et chefs de projets de léquipe anglaise
Description
Nous sommes Fed IT, un cabinet de recrutement dédié aux fonctions informatiques, à la recherche dun(e) Technicien Support N2 Anglais pour notre client, une société dingénierie nucléaire. Vous travaillerez au siège français en lien avec léquipe informatique et vos homologues en Angleterre, dans une société de 160 personnes, dont 70 sur votre site, et avec une intervention au plan national voire européen. Nous offrons une rémunération entre 29 et 33 K€ bruts/an, fixée selon lexpérience, et recherchons une personne disponible de manière urgente.
