Responsibilities
- Installer, configurer et assurer la maintenance des équipements informatiques et téléphoniques (matériels, logiciels, salles de réunion)
- Accompagner les utilisateurs et assurer le support niveaux 1 et 2, incluant la gestion des incidents, le diagnostic, le suivi et la documentation
- Gérer et mettre à jour les outils de suivi et les procédures, ainsi que lexécution des actions de maintenance
- Veiller au respect des règles de cybersécurité, notamment à travers les audits, le patching et le reporting associé

Au sein du service IT du Groupe Fives, nous sommes une équipe de deux personnes, rattachée au Responsable IT. Situés au plein cœur de Paris, nos locaux sont facilement accessibles en métro, RER ou en vélo. En rejoignant Fives, cette alternance vous permettra de mettre en application vos connaissances théoriques dans un cadre diversifié, tout en vous offrant la place pour apprendre, grandir et vous épanouir, tant sur le plan professionnel que personnel.
