Machine Learning Engineer

- Fine tune transformer based models (vision, language, multimodal) on internal datasets. - Occasionally train custom models from scratch when off the shelf options are not sufficient. - Design training pipelines, evaluation methods, and experiments. - Monitor the latest AI techniques, architectures, papers, and tooling relevant to our product. - Run experiments to compare SOTA approaches and propose improvements. - Summarize findings and recommend model updates. - Explore datasets, run analysis, and produce lightweight data visualisations when needed. - Help improve data quality, labeling strategy, and dataset structure. - Deploy and optimise models for production (batch jobs, API endpoints, GPU inference, serverless environments). - Build and maintain inference pipelines, monitoring, logging, and performance dashboards. - Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate new AI features.
