Requirements
Must:
- Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac +2 en informatique (BTS SIO ou équivalent).
- Vous disposez de connaissances de base en Windows, réseaux, installation de matériel et Active Directory.
- Vous ĂŞtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service, votre rigueur, votre bonne communication et votre envie dapprendre.
Responsibilities
- Support aux utilisateurs
- RĂ©pondre aux demandes des collaborateurs
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes matérielles et logicielles
- Installation et configuration du matériel
- Préparer et installer les postes de travail (PC, écrans, périphériques)
- Configurer les équipements de téléphonie
- Assurer la maintenance du parc informatique
- Gestion des comptes et accès
- Créer, modifier et supprimer des comptes utilisateurs (Active Directory)
- Gérer les droits daccès aux applications et aux serveurs
- Participation aux projets IT
- Mettre à jour les procédures et les documents techniques
- Optimiser les outils internes et contribuer à leur amélioration continue

Nous sommes basés à Nantes et recherchons un Technicien support informatique (H/F) en alternance pour renforcer notre équipe. Sous la supervision de votre maître dapprentissage, vous aurez lopportunité de soutenir nos utilisateurs, dinstaller et configurer du matériel, de gérer des comptes et daccéder aux applications ainsi que de participer à des projets IT.
