Requirements
Must:
- Expérience dans lintégration de solutions ITSM (type ServiceNow, EasyVista), GMAO (Carl, Astech...) ou ERP
- Bonne culture IT (ITSM / ITIL / Service Support / ERP / GMAO)
- Aime le travail en équipe et la relation client
- À laise avec les contextes à forts enjeux
- Autonomie, rigueur et aisance avec les déplacements professionnels
- Permis B indispensable
Responsibilities
- Recueil des besoins et animation dateliers fonctionnels chez les clients
- Paramétrage et personnalisation de la solution en lien avec les équipes techniques
- Formation des utilisateurs, conduite du changement et rédaction de documentation
- Accompagnement post-déploiement, support fonctionnel et gestion des retours
- Participation aux évolutions du produit, retours clients, amélioration continue
- Contribution possible à des projets transverses internes (veille, R&D, méthodologie)
