Requirements
Must:
- Formation en informatique (Bac +2 type BTS SIO ou Ă©quivalent)
- Première expérience réussie en support de proximité
- Bon relationnel et sens du service utilisateur
- Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à prioriser
- Esprit déquipe et réactivité
Responsibilities
- Assurer le support de proximité (N1/N2) auprès des utilisateurs
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels
- Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail (Windows)
- Gérer les comptes utilisateurs (création, droits, accès - Active Directory)
- Intervenir sur les problématiques réseaux de premier niveau (brassage, switch, connectivité)
- Assurer le suivi des tickets via loutil de gestion des incidents
- Participer à la préparation et au déploiement de matériel informatique
- Rédiger la documentation technique et les procédures
