Requirements
Must:
- 3 à 5 ans dexpérience en Big Data / BI, idéalement en Spark Scala ou Java, et/ou en suivi dexploitation
- Aimer le travail en Ă©quipe et savoir faire preuve dinitiatives pour obtenir des informations
- Proactif(ve), curieux(se) et Ă laise dans linvestigation technique
- Communication claire, structurée et adaptée aux interlocuteur(trice)s
- Orienté(e) client avec capacité danalyse critique des problématiques
Responsibilities
- Assurer le bon déroulement des traitements de la plateforme de données sur différents périmètres et technologies
- Investiguer les incidents ou demandes dassistance jusquà leur résolution en production
- Mettre à jour les outils de suivi après résolution dincidents
- Identifier et prendre en charge des actions damélioration continue
- Mettre Ă jour la documentation dexploitation et contribuer aux instances de communication
- Participer aux passages en gestion courante des projets et au maintien des environnements de non-production lorsque nécessaire
