Requirements
Must:
- BAC+5
- Experience of 3 to 5 years minimum in project management
- Technical Skills:
- Essential: Project management and associated tools
- Desired: General knowledge of the regulatory challenges and constraints of IT security (PGSSI, OSE/DORA, GDPR), knowledge of systems for protecting information systems and data, and knowledge of detection and response solutions for security incidents.
- Behavioral Skills:
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Autonomy, organizational and planning skills, and proactivity
- Ability to manage project budgets
- Leadership skills, ability to persuade and engage stakeholders in achieving set objectives
- Ability to anticipate and manage project risks
- Strong written and oral communication skills, active listening, and expression skills (meeting facilitation, knowledge transfer, conducting meetings)
- Ability to cooperate and collaborate in collective work both on-site and remotely
- Adaptability and constructive approach to new or unusual situations

Responsibilities
- Manage project requests (context, issues, objectives, resources needed, planning, etc.) and obtain validation from governance bodies.
- Ensure project management in compliance with the project approach of the Covéa group.
- Guarantee the achievement of objectives while respecting scope/cost/quality/time constraints.
- Implement a governance and communication strategy suited to the identified risks and challenges of the projects.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and skill development for teams responsible for the exploitation and administration of solutions implemented by projects.

The department "Cyber Defense and Cyber Fraud" is currently seeking a Project Manager responsible for leading cybersecurity and fraud prevention projects. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement and transformation projects aimed at enhancing the cybersecurity maturity of Covéa. You will write and present investment papers in governance bodies, organize and plan resources to execute projects, oversee technical integration of solutions, identify and plan all technical operations in production and non-production environments, and ensure effective reporting and risk management.
