Requirements
Must:
- Expérience confirmée en support et administration poste de travail
- Maîtrise de Windows 11 et O365
- Compétences techniques attendues :
- Citrix, VMware, Nutanix
- Intune, Active Directory
- ServiceNow
Responsibilities
- Fourniture et administration du Poste de Travail Virtuel Tenor sur infrastructure Citrix
- Intervention dans le respect des procédures et normes de sécurité
- Support de niveau 2 auprès des utilisateurs
- Suivi et traitement des tickets dincidents et de demandes
- Coordination et communication avec les différents acteurs du dispositif (équipes internes, prestataires externes, éventuellement offshore)
- Contribution aux activités dévolution, de mise en production et de support de dernier niveau des postes de travail
