Requirements
Must:
- Student in a top tier business or engineering school/university;
- At least one relevant experience in Consulting, Data Science or AI;
- Proven proficiency in Python is required. You must be comfortable developing scripts and working with data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit learn, etc.);
- Full fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a strong advantage. A good working knowledge of other European languages would be a plus.
- Analytical mindset and effective communication skills for non-technical stakeholders;
- Proactive, autonomous, and eager to build impactful tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify needs: Collaborate with the team to identify pain points and opportunities where AI can streamline workflows.
- Build & Implement: Design, code, and deploy new features for the platform (focusing on NLP/LLM applications).
- Test & Scale: Run practical tests on new ideas, ensuring the chatbot and platform provide accurate, actionable value to consultants.
- Data analysis: Scrape, clean, and model complex datasets to support strategic hypotheses.
- Field research: Conduct field research and interviews with market experts to gather qualitative insights.
- Strategic recommendations: Shape hypotheses and visualize findings to present clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership teams.
