Requirements
Must:
- Diplômé du Bac
- Première expérience en tant que technicien de support helpdesk
- Autonomie et aisance dans la communication orale et Ă©crite
- Réelle capacité dadaptation aux fluctuations de la charge
- Bonne capacité danalyse
- Solides compétences sur lenvironnement Microsoft Windows
- Maîtrise des applications bureautiques Microsoft Office
- Connaissance des outils de gestion des tickets et de prise en main Ă distance
- Permis B
Responsibilities
- Réceptionner les demandes des utilisateurs par téléphone et par mail
- Analyser et résoudre les incidents dans le périmètre helpdesk, conformément aux engagements de service contractuels
- Enregistrer tous les incidents et les demandes dans loutil mis Ă disposition
- Affecter la priorité des demandes et traiter celles relevant de notre domaine de compétences
- Escalader les demandes au niveau supérieur lorsque nécessaire
- Piloter des dossiers, les reporter dans le système dinformation et assurer la clôture administrative
- Respecter les procédures, modes opératoires, engagements contractuels et règles de sécurité
Description
Nous recherchons, pour notre entreprise partenaire, un technicien helpdesk en contrat dapprentissage au sein dune équipe de plusieurs techniciens helpdesk. Le poste est basé à Nantes. Nous offrons une rémunération selon le niveau détudes et lâge, avec une formation prise en charge à 100 % par lentreprise. Nous évoluons dans un grand groupe spécialisé dans la transformation digitale et ce poste permet de préparer lune de nos formations diplômantes reconnues par lÉtat, de niveau 5 à niveau 7.
