Requirements
Must:
- Solide expérience des environnements collaboratifs cloud (messagerie, annuaire)
- Bon niveau sur les solutions de gestion des terminaux mobiles (MDM)
- Expérience confirmée en support ou en migration à grande échelle
Responsibilities
- Support N2 / N3 durant les phases pilotes et de migration
- Prise en charge et résolution des incidents liés à la messagerie (clients de messagerie, boîtes aux lettres, calendriers)
- Accompagnement des utilisateurs dans lenrôlement des terminaux mobiles (iOS / Android)
- Collaboration régulière avec léditeur de la solution
- Support aux équipes locales et au service dassistance utilisateurs
Description
Nous recherchons un ingénieur support pour renforcer notre dispositif daccompagnement dédié à la messagerie cloud et à la gestion des terminaux mobiles. Ce rôle se concentrera sur le support N2 / N3 durant les phases pilotes et de migration, et il offre la possibilité de renouvellement. Nous opérons dans un environnement client et nous valorisons la collaboration et le service à nos utilisateurs.
