Requirements
Must:
- +7 ans dexpérience en développement Java (Web, API)
- Solide expérience en environnement Agile à léchelle
- Expertise technique confirmée avec capacité de leadership
- Langages : Java, SQL, notions COBOL appréciées
- Frameworks : Spring (Core, MVC)
- Architecture : APIs, microservices, services REST
- Outils : Git, GitLab, Jenkins (CI/CD)
- Environnements : Kubernetes, Kafka, ElasticSearch
- Front : notions JQuery / Ajax
- Bonne compréhension des architectures hybrides (legacy / systèmes ouverts)
- Expérience sur des projets menés de bout en bout (cadrage → prod)
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de rédaction
Responsibilities
- Piloter techniquement les développements de bout en bout
- Participer Ă la conception des solutions et aux choix darchitecture
- Encadrer et accompagner les développeurs
- Contribuer activement au développement (Java, APIs, batch, microservices)
- Garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la performance des livrables
- Participer aux phases de test, recette et mise en production
- Définir et suivre les bonnes pratiques de développement et CI/CD
- Rédiger la documentation technique (spécifications, dossiers de livraison, etc.)
- Collaborer avec les équipes produit et métier (validation fonctionnelle et technique)
- Participer aux rituels Agile (daily, sprint planning, rétrospectives…)

Nous sommes à la recherche dun Leader Technique Java (H/F) basé à Champagne-au-Mont-dOr, avec des missions axées sur lamélioration de lexpérience utilisateur et la modernisation du système dinformation. Vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique travaillant dans un environnement Agile à léchelle (SAFe). Ce poste est à temps plein, avec une disponibilité souhaitée ASAP. Nous offrons lopportunité de travailler sur des projets innovants tout en bénéficiant dun cadre stimulant et collaboratif.
