Requirements
Must:
- A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in end-user support, particularly in Windows environments; experience with iOS devices is an advantage
- A conscientious and flexible working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues with professionalism, patience, and a service mindset
- Fluent communication in English and French (minimum C1) to support end users in a French-speaking environment
Responsibilities
- Proactive 1st Level Support as the first point of contact for colleagues across our global offices
- Reliable Client Management, handling rollouts, updates, and troubleshooting for client devices
- Strong Office Infrastructure maintenance of workplace and meeting room setups, including hardware and audio-visual systems
- Hands-On Project Involvement contributing to change initiatives and optimizing our internal IT environment
- Ownership of Key Processes managing internal ordering processes and asset tracking
