Requirements
Must:
- Diplômé(e) dun Bac+5
- Au moins 3 ans dexpérience sur des projets de relation client sur Dynamics (AMOA / MOE)
- Bonne maîtrise de langlais, à lécrit comme à loral
- Curieux(se) et proactif(ve)
- Souhait de valider ses compétences par des certifications
- Qualités relationnelles reconnues
- Sens du service et capacité à travailler en équipe
Responsibilities
- Conseiller les métiers grâce à votre expertise fonctionnelle et votre connaissance approfondie de Dynamics CE
- Animer des ateliers pour recueillir, challenger et formaliser les besoins clients
- Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et suivre leur mise en œuvre
- Paramétrer la solution Microsoft Dynamics CE
- Piloter la recette fonctionnelle, identifier les anomalies et assurer leur résolution
- Accompagner le changement, former les utilisateurs et favoriser ladoption des nouvelles solutions
- Respecter les étapes clés du projet, en tenant compte des impacts organisationnels et des processus métiers

Nous sommes une équipe Microsoft dédiée à la relation client, aidant nos clients à transformer leurs processus commerciaux grâce aux solutions Microsoft Dynamics CE et Power Platform. Nous offrons des projets variés et stimulants, une équipe bienveillante passionnée par linnovation, un environnement propice à la montée en compétences et à la certification, ainsi quune culture dentreprise valorisant linitiative, lécoute et lévolution professionnelle. Ce poste est basé à Levallois-Perret et propose un contrat CDI avec un salaire comprise entre 45000€ et 55000€ par an, avec la possibilité de télétravail partiel.
