Requirements
Must:
- De formation Bac +3 en réseau télécom
- Sens du « service client »
- Bonne connaissance des outils : TCP/IP, routage, VPN, firewall, réseaux LAN, réseaux WAN, sécurité
- Expérience avec Cisco / Mikrotik / Fortinet
- Idéalement, une première expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire
- Fort sens du relationnel, autonome, dynamique et adaptable
- Écoute et rigueur
Responsibilities
- Mise en service de nos liens internet/ voix / MPLS
- Déploiement des solutions Centrex
- Gestion des portabilités téléphoniques
- Production et maintien en condition opérationnel de nos services Hébergés
- Amélioration du service technique
- Réalisation dune permanence dastreinte sédentaire en alternance avec léquipe en place
