Responsibilities
- Traiter à distance les demandes techniques clients N1 par téléphone et email
- Assurer le dépannage et lévolution de configuration concernant notre offre Gestion Électronique Document
- Intervenir ponctuellement sur loffre Solutions dimpression et Systèmes dimpression
- Escalader les incidents nécessitant une technicité supérieure (N2)
- Assurer le reporting de lactivité
