Requirements
Must:
- Formation supérieure spécialisée en informatique (bac+2)
- Expérience dans un environnement professionnel (stage, alternance ou emploi)
- Sens du service et capacité à interagir avec les utilisateurs
- Motivation et capacité à progresser
- Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de sécurité informatique
Responsibilities
- Assurer le support utilisateurs (incidents et demandes)
- Gérer et documenter les tickets dans les outils dédiés (GLPI, ProjeQtOr)
- Participer au maintien en conditions opérationnelles de lERP
- Contribuer aux déploiements et harmonisations de données et paramétrages ERP
- Produire et mettre à jour les procédures et documentations
