Requirements
Must:
- Formation informatique Bac+2 minimum.
- Expérience en support applicatif ou support logiciel.
- Connaissances environnement Microsoft Server.
- Bases en réseaux dentreprise.
- Maîtrise MS SQL appréciée.
- Capacité à diagnostiquer des incidents techniques.
- Anglais technique.
Responsibilities
- Accueillir et qualifier les demandes clients.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents applicatifs.
- Reproduire les anomalies complexes pour faciliter leur résolution.
- Suivre les correctifs jusquà la satisfaction des utilisateurs.
- Participer aux campagnes de tests logiciels.
- Accompagner les déploiements et nouvelles releases.
- Contribuer à la documentation et à la formation des utilisateurs.

Nous sommes un éditeur de logiciels reconnu, basé à Montpellier, et nous recrutons un Ingénieur support applicatif logiciel H/F afin daccompagner nos clients internationaux dans lutilisation et lexploitation de nos solutions. Ce poste combine support technique, diagnostic dincidents et collaboration étroite avec les équipes produit. Nous offrons un environnement international et des projets liés aux technologies médias et broadcast.
