Requirements
Must:
- Bac+3 minimum, expérience de 5 ans en support ou tech web.
- Connaissances en HTML, CSS, JS et CMS web.
- Bonne communication, sens client, rigueur, autonomie.
- Culture tech et appétence pour les environnements Mac, Linux, réseau.
Responsibilities
- Former les clients sur les CMS (WordPress, Prestashop, Pimcore).
- Diagnostiquer et traiter les demandes techniques et utilisateurs.
- Maintenir les sites et outils (hébergement, emails, sauvegardes...)
- Rédiger guides, vidéos tutos et supports techniques.
- Gérer le parc informatique et lenvironnement SaaS interne.
Description
Nous sommes un éditeur de logiciels basé côté Montpellier à la recherche dun Chargé support formation et technique confirmé. Nous offrons un CDI avec des avantages tels que le télétravail possible 1 jour/semaine et dautres avantages à découvrir. La rémunération se situe entre 35000EUR et 40000EUR.
