Requirements
Must:
- Expérience en support technique logiciel ou applicatif.
- Bases solides en développement ou automatisation doutils.
- Intérêt pour les technologies IA et chatbot.
- Capacité danalyse et sens de lorganisation.
- Envie de construire et structurer un service support.
Responsibilities
- Traitement et résolution des incidents clients.
- Analyse des problématiques récurrentes et amélioration continue du support.
- RĂ©daction et structuration dune base de connaissance.
- DĂ©veloppement doutils internes pour optimiser le traitement des tickets.
- Contribution Ă la mise en place dun chatbot IA pour filtrer les demandes niveau 1.
- Interaction avec les Ă©quipes techniques sur les sujets complexes.
- Production dindicateurs et suivi de la performance du support.
