- Traiter les incidents clients, analyser les récurrences et anticiper les problématiques
- RĂ©diger et structurer une base de connaissance interne
- Développer des outils pour améliorer la qualité du support
- Piloter lentraînement dun chatbot intelligent pour automatiser les demandes de niveau 1
- Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes techniques sur les tickets complexes
- Produire des rapports de performance et optimiser les flux de traitement
