Requirements
Must:
- Expérience en support technique applicatif.
- Compétences en développement ou scripting.
- Appétence pour lautomatisation et lIA.
- Esprit analytique et capacité à structurer un service.
- Volonté dévoluer vers la responsabilité dune équipe support.
- Avoir un très bon niveau danglais pour le traitement des demandes à linternational.

- Gestion des incidents techniques remontés par les clients.
- Analyse des récurrences et anticipation des problématiques.
- Structuration dune base de connaissance interne.
- DĂ©veloppement doutils dautomatisation du support.
- Participation Ă la mise en place dun chatbot IA pour filtrer les demandes de niveau 1.
- Collaboration avec les Ă©quipes techniques sur les tickets complexes.
- Suivi et analyse des performances du support.
