Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 ans minimum dexpérience en vente BtoB de solutions SaaS / ERP
- Idéalement dans la finance, la comptabilité, la trésorerie ou le back-office financier
- Expérience réussie en vente de produits ou services financiers
- À laise avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau : dirigeants, DAF, responsables middle/back-office
- Excellente maîtrise de la prospection, du cycle de vente long et du closing
- Bonne connaissance de lécosystème des clients cibles
- Esprit entrepreneurial, autonome, structurant·e et orienté·e résultats
- À laise dans un environnement en construction, où tout reste à bâtir
Responsibilities
- Définir et déployer la stratégie de chasse sur le marché cible
- Identifier, approcher et convaincre de nouveaux clients (family offices et prescripteurs)
- Mener les démonstrations produit, négocier et closer les deals
- Construire, piloter et animer le pipeline commercial
- Mettre en place et structurer un CRM et les process commerciaux
- Faire remonter les retours terrain pour contribuer à lévolution du produit
- Créer les outils commerciaux : pitchs, argumentaires, supports, reporting
