Requirements
Must:
- Diplôme dune école dingénieur ou équivalent
- Compréhension solide des systèmes dinformation complexes
- Environ dix ans dexpérience en conception de systèmes ou en architecture dentreprise
- Expérience en innovation et exploration technologique (atout)
- Capacité à allier vision stratégique et pragmatisme
- Curiosité pour les nouveaux usages
- Esprit analytique pour argumenter des choix
- Rigueur méthodologique et aisance rédactionnelle
- Sens aigu du relationnel pour fédérer et convaincre
- Leadership calme basé sur lécoute et la pédagogie
- Anglais courant indispensable
Responsibilities
- Entretenir et diffuser la cartographie des applications et des outils
- Identifier les opportunités et risques dévolution technologiques, métiers, réglementaires
- Contribuer à la définition de la cible SI à 3 ans et à sa trajectoire
- Participer Ă la gouvernance du SI et Ă lharmonisation des pratiques
- Accompagner les porteurs de projets : analyse dopportunité, choix de solutions, cadrage
- Réaliser une veille active sur les technologies émergentes et lécosystème santé/social
- Participer aux appels à projets dinnovation, notamment européens
- Fédérer et structurer les initiatives internes pour stimuler linnovation
- Animer les réflexions transverses et accompagner leur maturation
- Piloter des expérimentations de la définition au retour dexpérience
- Structurer les initiatives autour de lIA générative
