Requirements
Must:
- Bac+2 Ă Bac+4 en informatique ou domaine connexe
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire
- Maîtrise de langlais courant
- Rigueur, autonomie, organisation
- Sens du service reconnu
Responsibilities
- Diagnostic et résolution de niveau 1
- Qualification des incidents complexes et transmission aux Ă©quipes IT
- Interface entre utilisateurs et Ă©quipes IT
- Support aux applications métiers et équipements locaux
- Suivi et communication des tickets jusquà résolution
- Mise en place de solutions de contournement en cas dincident bloquant
- Formation des nouveaux arrivants IT sur les outils locaux et bonnes pratiques
- Inventaire complet des Ă©quipements et des applicatifs
- Création et structuration dun portail documentaire unique
- Intégration dun outil de ticketing pour suivre les indicateurs clés
- Participation au réseau Correspondant informatique
