Requirements
Must:
- 5 à 10 ans dexpérience sur SAP (ECC ou S4/Hana)
- Solide expérience en gestion de projets et coordination transverse
- Très bonne compréhension des processus métiers et flux opérationnels
- Expérience confirmée sur un module de planification des techniciens
- Anglais opérationnel (niveau conversationnel)
- Esprit déquipe, autonomie et excellent relationnel

Responsibilities
- Piloter et soutenir les initiatives globales de processus en lien avec les équipes métiers et utilisateurs (développement de fonctionnalités, cartographie, amélioration continue, formation)
- Collaborer avec les autres Process Drivers afin daligner et dharmoniser les processus à travers les différentes fonctions Services
- Participer à la création et la mise à jour de la documentation (cartographies, supports de formation, LPD maps, etc.)
- Contribuer à la performance QTCS via le développement et le suivi dindicateurs de performance (KPIs)
- Piloter ou participer à la mise en place doutils et systèmes globaux soutenant la stratégie de lentreprise
