Requirements
Must:
- Maîtrise de JavaScript/TypeScript et dun framework front moderne (Angular ou React)
- Maîtrise de Python (Flask, FastAPI ou Django) pour le développement back-end
- Bonne pratique de SQL, connaissances bases PostgreSQL/oracle
- Familiarité avec Git, Docker, tests automatisés
- Capacité à documenter et structurer proprement son code
- Esprit déquipe et sens du service public
- Rigueur technique, autonomie, curiosité
- Capacité à prendre en charge un développement de bout en bout
- Aisance en communication écrite et orale
- Appétence pour le travail collaboratif inter-directionnel
- Bac +3 à Bac +5 en informatique, développement ou équivalent
- Expérience appréciée sur des projets SI dans un environnement public, logement social ou collectivités
- Une première expérience en full-stack ou un profil à fort potentiel avec motivation pour monter en compétence
Responsibilities
- Développer et maintenir les applications web internes (front-end Angular et back-end Python)
- Concevoir, documenter et sécuriser les API REST inter-applicatives
- Implémenter des traitements de données automatisés (Python, SQL)
- Participer à la qualité logicielle (tests unitaires, documentation, relecture de code)
- Contribuer aux pratiques DevOps (Docker, Git, CI/CD, supervision)
- Collaborer étroitement avec les chefs de projet, la MOA et les métiers
- Être force de proposition sur les choix techniques et lergonomie des interfaces
- Accompagner la DSI dans lévolution vers une architecture modulaire et souveraine
