Requirements
Must:
- De formation Bac +2 minimum
- Première expérience dans lunivers de linformatique
- Très organisé(e) et rigoureux(se)
- Autonome et avec de bonnes facultés dadaptation
Responsibilities
- Réceptionner les demandes utilisateurs (téléphone, email, portail IT)
- Enregistrer et qualifier les incidents dans un outil de ticketing
- Diagnostiquer les problèmes à distance (prise en main à distance)
- Résoudre les incidents de niveau 1 (et certains N2 selon expérience)
- Assurer le suivi des tickets et la communication avec les utilisateurs
- Escalader les incidents non résolus vers les niveaux supérieurs
- Appliquer les procédures et respecter les SLA (délais de traitement)
- Assister les utilisateurs sur les outils bureautiques et métiers
- Participer Ă lenrichissement de la base de connaissances
- Contribuer à lamélioration de la qualité de service

Actuellement, nous recherchons un Technicien Helpdesk H/F pour lun de nos clients spécialisés en informatique à Paris, disponible dès que possible. Ce poste est en intérim à temps plein avec un salaire entre 25000 € et 28000 € par an.
