Responsibilities
- Accueil des utilisateurs sur les sites de lentité client Kiosque
- Prise en charge des demandes dassistance et de dépannage
- Préparation et remise de matériels (PC, Smartphone) aux collaborateurs
- Gestion des incidents et du parc matériel
- Suivi dactivités opérées dans le cadre du client
- Mise à jour des référentiels
- Enrôlement de smartphones et paramétrage de PC

Nous sommes lagence LYNX RH Paris Ouest, mettant notre expertise au service des candidats et des entreprises dIle-de-France. Actuellement, nous recherchons pour lun de nos clients, spécialisé en informatique (ESN), un collaborateur pour un poste basé à Nanterre à pourvoir dès que possible. Ce poste est en contrat intérim à temps plein avec un salaire compris entre 28000 € et 30000 € par an.
