Requirements
Must:
- Formation Bac +2 minimum
- Première expérience dans lunivers de linformatique
- Organisation et rigueur
- Autonomie et capacité dadaptation
- Anglais Niveau C1 minimum
Responsibilities
- Gestion des tickets (incident - demande)
- RĂ©solution des incidents Ă distance ou sur site
- Clôture technique des dossiers traités
- Gestion de parc et de stock hardware et software Réseau - Infrastructure (switch, brassage réseau)
- Résolution dincidents matériels et non matériels
- Installation de matériels (y compris préparation technique en amont)
- Mise Ă jour de configuration
- Remplacement des consommables imprimantes
- Renouvellement des postes de travail obsolètes (retrait dapplications, retrait de poste de travail, configuration ou reconfiguration de matériel)
- Installation de logiciels hors catalogue ou non téléchargeables (avec procédures)

Nous sommes lagence LYNX RH Paris Ouest, mettant notre expertise au service des candidats et des entreprises dIle-de-France. Actuellement, nous recherchons un Technicien de proximité VIP H/F pour lun de nos clients spécialisés en informatique, basé à Paris (16e). Ce poste est à pourvoir en intérim, à temps plein, avec un salaire compris entre 32 000 € et 38 000 € par an. Le rôle impliquera une itinérance sur deux sites (Paris 16e et Boulogne-Billancourt).
