We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality results and values collaboration. Your strong organizational skills will help you manage multiple requests simultaneously. You should possess the ability to communicate effectively, simplifying complex ideas for various audiences, including experts, users, and management. Being familiar with resilient solution implementations is essential. Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitHub, Ansible, and Azure Cloud is preferred. Additionally, an interest in OpenTelemetry would be considered an advantage. We value openness, a passion for challenges, and the ability to work cohesively within both technical and functional teams.
Responsibilities
As part of our Observability team, you will undertake the role of observability expert, with key responsibilities that include:
- Driving the expertise in observability and Application Performance Management (APM) solutions, particularly using Dynatrace.
- Ensuring operational support and the evolution of APM solutions.
- Automating routine tasks related to these technologies by developing necessary tools.
- Supporting clients by:
- Gathering new requirements to provide relevant and actionable responses.
- Assisting in the use of observability and monitoring products.
- Diagnosing and analyzing performance issues.
- Writing user-oriented and expert-level documentation.
- Conducting active technological monitoring and proposing new use cases.
- Providing Level 3 support for incidents and problems associated with the platforms managed by the team.
