Requirements
Must:
- Bac +3 en informatique avec 5 années dexpérience ERP/Applications IT.
- Maîtrise des procédures métiers (achats, finance, entrepôt, logistique).
- Bonne connaissance des DBMS et du SQL (MySQL, SQL Server ou Oracle).
- Compétences en documentation, communication et support utilisateurs.
- Familiarité avec les pratiques ITIL, PC, réseaux, cybersécurité.
- Capacité à gérer des mises à jour systèmes sans interruption dactivité.
- Anglais professionnel B2 et forte capacité dadaptation.
Responsibilities
- Support et dépannage des systèmes ERP (SAP, Infor, MS Dynamics...).
- Gestion des interfaces entre ERP et applications (GED, e-commerce, PIM...).
- Coordination des tests, déploiements et mises en production.
- Analyse des besoins métiers : achats, finance, logistique...
- Gestion de la database et data mapping entre systèmes.
- Interrogation et gestion des données via SQL.
- Priorisation et suivi des tickets dans une logique ITIL.
