Requirements
Must:
- Bac+5 : école dingénieurs ou commerce avec spécialisation SI.
- Minimum 3 à 5 années dexpérience en pilotage de projets IT
- Connaissances/appétences sur les sujets en infrastructures, réseaux, wifi, téléphonie
- Solide maîtrise de la gestion de projet (cycle en V, planning, budget)
- Aisance relationnelle, sens du service et forte Ă©coute client
- Capacité à challenger des devis, suivre des budgets et piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle
- Connaissance ITIL appréciée
Responsibilities
- Pilotage complet des projets IT (cadrage, planification, budget).
- Recueil et formalisation du besoin métier.
- Coordination avec la MOE et les équipes infra/réseaux.
- Participation aux comités projets et comités de pilotage.
- Suivi des déploiements : sites, infrastructures, wifi, téléphonie.
- Contribution au RUN, analyse des incidents N3 et optimisation continue.
