Requirements
Must:
- Expertise en gestion de projet dans un environnement CRM Dynamics 365 et Power Platform
- Expérience sur des projets fonctionnels et techniques
- Bon niveau de communication et de pédagogie
- Esprit danalyse et force de proposition
- Niveau danglais C2
Responsibilities
- Analyser et accompagner les besoins métiers
- Assurer un rôle de référent CRM
- Favoriser ladoption du CRM auprès des équipes locales et internationales
- Assurer la formation continue du CRM
- Animer les sessions de formation
- Concevoir, développer, configurer et personnaliser les solutions Dynamics 365
- Participer à la réalisation technique des projets
- Proposer des améliorations et de nouvelles fonctionnalités (automatisation, marketing, IA)
