Requirements
Must:
- Vous disposez dau moins 5 ans dexpérience en administration ERP / IT Applications
- Connaissance dERP (SAP, Infor, MS Dynamics...)
- Solide compréhension des processus métiers (achats, finance, entrepôt...)
- Maîtrise de SQL et des systèmes de données (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
- Bon niveau danglais B2
- Aisance en documentation, pédagogie, communication
- Capacité à prioriser, garder son calme, sadapter et travailler en équipe
- Motivation pour les technologies nouvelles et existantes
Responsibilities
- Assistance ERP (SAP, Infor, MS Dynamics...), résolution dincidents
- Connexion inter-applications (GED, E-commerce, CMS, PIM)
- Compréhension des processus achats/finance/logistique
- Recueil des besoins et documentation
- Gestion des tests et déploiements
- Priorisation des tickets
- Maîtrise des DBMS et data mapping
