- Bonne compréhension des processus Finance, Vente et Opérations
- Anglais intermédiaire attendu
Responsibilities
- Assurer le support applicatif : analyse, résolution, documentation
- Échanger avec les utilisateur·trice·s et coordonner avec léquipe dIT support Applicatif
- Identifier les causes des incidents : exploitation des logs, vérifications techniques, requêtes SQL
- Proposer des recommandations damélioration
- Contribuer aux évolutions : recueil des besoins et rédaction de spécifications
- Coordonner avec les interlocuteur·trice·s du secteur Transport
- Réaliser les recettes fonctionnelles : scénarios, tests, validation
- Accompagner lors des mises en production
- Structurer la documentation : procédures, guides, supports daide
- Participer à lamélioration continue : optimisation des workflows
- Utiliser doutils ITSM (Jira, GLPI)
- Créer des tableaux de bord Power BI et suivre des indicateurs

Le poste dIT support Applicatif sintègre dans une équipe engagée à Aix-en-Provence, offrant un contexte stimulant et moderne. Nous proposons un contrat à durée indéterminée avec une rémunération de 30 000 à 35 000 EUR brut annuel, des tickets restaurant, une mutuelle entièrement prise en charge, ainsi que des chèques cadeaux et du matériel professionnel mis à disposition.
