Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 8 ans dexpérience en développement sur z/OS
- Solide expérience technique en environnement Mainframe (Cobol, JCL, REXX)
- Expérience en tant que lead tech / référent·e technique, ou volonté dévoluer vers ce type de rôle
- Compétences ou appétence pour les sujets de modernisation (API, Kafka, CI/CD, GitLab)
- Intérêt marqué pour les environnements Open
- Capacité à prendre de la hauteur, vulgariser, fédérer et proposer des orientations techniques
Responsibilities
- Piloter lintégration de nouvelles technologies sur z/OS (dont Kafka) et définir les standards associés
- Cadrer et accompagner les équipes dans ladoption des pratiques modernes (API, CI/CD, automatisation)
- Structurer la convergence des pipelines CI/CD et intégrer les livrables Mainframe dans GitLab CI
- Accélérer lindustrialisation des tests automatisés et renforcer les quality gates
- Être le/la référent·e technique auprès des équipes et des parties prenantes
- Promouvoir une culture cross-platform entre environnements Mainframe et Open
- Accompagner la montée en compétences vers des pratiques et technologies Open
