Requirements
Must:
- Forte expérience SAP, dont 5+ en architecture ou leadership technique.
- Excellente maîtrise SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Build, Extensions).
- Très bonnes compétences en intégration (APIs, Events, Middleware SAP ou non-SAP).
- Pilotage déquipes offshore dans un contexte de delivery SAP.
- Vision SI transverse et maîtrise des environnements cloud.
- Certifications SAP ou Cloud appréciées.
- Forte capacité à convaincre, argumenter et représenter larchitecture.
- Expérience avérée en gestion déquipes offshore.
Responsibilities
- Définir pour les clients les architectures SAP (S/4HANA, BTP, BDC, intégration, cloud, ...).
- Encadrer et orchestrer le delivery réalisé majoritairement par des équipes offshore.
- Prendre en charge les décisions darchitecture dans les comités de design et de gouvernance technique.
- Accompagner les équipes projets sur les aspects techniques, intégration et bonnes pratiques.
- Intervenir sur les phases de cadrage, design, réalisation et validation.
- Construire et enrichir loffre SAP (méthodologies, accélérateurs, frameworks).
- Développer les compétences internes : coaching, communautés dexperts, guidelines.
- Contribuer aux activités davant-vente : qualification, architectures cibles, chiffrage, soutenances.
- Participer aux ateliers clients, démonstrations et recommandations techniques.
