Requirements
Must:
- Issu(e) dune formation en informatique
- Première expérience réussie au sein dun service de support technique ou dans un environnement dassistance téléphonique (idéalement)
- Maîtrise de la gestion du backlog
- Capacité à superviser lactivité téléphonique
- Excellent relationnel et sens du service client
- Autonomie, rigueur et implication dans les missions
- Maîtrise du Polonais impérative

Nous sommes à la recherche dun Technicien Helpdesk bilingue Polonais H/F pour une mission longue durée, pour lune de nos ESN cliente sur la métropole Lilloise. Cette mission vise à assurer la prise en charge, le traitement et la résolution des sollicitations des collaborateurs, par mail et téléphone. Nous offrons un environnement dynamique et international, avec des opportunités dévolution de contrat chez notre client.
