Requirements
Must:
- Issu(e) dune formation Bac+4/5 en informatique de gestion, école dingénieur, commerce ou équivalent
- Expérimenté(e) en gestion de projets ERP + gestion de comptes
- À laise dans un environnement industriel (expérience industrie impérative)
- Polyvalent(e) : stratégie, pilotage, relation client, coordination
- Maîtrise dInfor M3 (gros +) OU expérience sur un autre ERP équivalent
Responsibilities
- DĂ©finir les objectifs, cadrer les missions et structurer la gouvernance projet
- Piloter la roadmap : arbitrages, priorisations, suivi des décisions
- Coordonner les Ă©quipes internes Hetic3 et les partenaires externes
- Superviser le budget et garantir la satisfaction client
- Intervenir sur des projets de migration, déploiement, ou build (implémentation)
- Développer et fidéliser votre portefeuille clients existant
- Organiser des échanges réguliers et structurés pour assurer un suivi de qualité
- Identifier les opportunités : cross-selling, synergies, nouvelles offres
- Contribuer à lévolution du catalogue Hetic3 via les retours terrain
