Responsibilities
- Support & diagnostic
- Prendre en charge les incidents de niveau 1 (postes de travail, bureautique).
- Analyser les demandes, poser les bonnes questions et diagnostiquer Ă distance.
- Identifier la solution : résolution directe, prise en main à distance ou intervention sur site.
- Guider lutilisateur ou intervenir directement.
- Effectuer les tests de validation et documenter chaque action.
- Assurer la transmission des informations aux équipes concernées.
