Requirements
Must:
- Formation Bac +2 en informatique
- Minimum 2 ans dexpérience en support helpdesk
- Bon relationnel et sens du service client
- Capacité danalyse, rigueur et autonomie
Responsibilities
- Accueillir, conseiller et assister les utilisateurs
- Qualifier les besoins et traduire les problématiques en termes techniques
- Analyser et résoudre des incidents fonctionnels et techniques (niveaux simples à complexes)
- Intervenir sur des infrastructures virtualisées
- Assurer la maintenance des bases de données
- Intervenir sur le matériel dencaissement, les infrastructures réseaux et télécoms
- Assurer la maintenance des logiciels dencaissement
- Accompagner les utilisateurs dans lusage des solutions logicielles
- Contribuer Ă lenrichissement de la base de connaissances
- Collaborer avec les ingénieurs support pour la résolution des incidents complexes

Nous sommes Manpower TOULOUSE INFORMATIQUE, un acteur du secteur des services informatiques. Nous recherchons un Technicien Helpdesk logiciel pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Basso Combo. Ce poste offre une amplitude horaire flexible et un temps de travail de 38h30 par semaine, avec la possibilité de travailler un samedi sur quatre.
