Requirements
Must:
- Expérience solide en systèmes et réseaux (3 à 5 ans)
- Maîtrise des environnements systèmes et réseaux
- Envie de monter en compétences sur ladministration système
- Capacité à analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens du service
- Expérience dans un contexte PME ou ESN (un plus)
Responsibilities
- Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des systèmes et réseaux.
- Participer à ladministration système (Windows, Linux) et à la gestion des environnements serveurs.
- Contribuer Ă la supervision des infrastructures et au traitement des alertes.
- Intervenir en support technique auprès des utilisateurs et assurer le diagnostic des incidents.
- Participer aux projets dévolution et doptimisation des infrastructures.
- Garantir la qualité du suivi via les outils internes et la documentation.
