- Traiter les demandes reçues par mail (canal de communication prioritaire pour le premier contact utilisateur)
- Qualifier, diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents et demandes N1
- Intervenir à distance ou en proximité
- Assurer le suivi et la traçabilité des interventions
