- Bac +2 minimum en informatique - 2 ans dexpérience en support utilisateur - Appétence pour linformatique - Bonne capacité découte, de synthèse et de communication - Autonomie après montée en compétences - Bon niveau de français oral et écrit - Bon niveau danglais - Aisance relationnelle et sens du service

- Prendre en charge les incidents et demandes utilisateurs provenant des différents canaux : téléphone, mail, et portail interne - Diagnostiquer et traiter les incidents selon les procédures en place - Réaliser les actions de support de niveau 1 - Escalader les tickets hors périmètre - Assurer un suivi rigoureux des demandes jusquà leur résolution - Flexibilité horaire - Travailler sur une base de 37h/semaine avec RTT
