Requirements
Must:
- Formation Bac+2 en informatique ou expérience significative en support informatique
- Expérience sur des missions de déploiement, support de proximité ou helpdesk
- Bonne connaissance des environnements Windows 10 / Windows 11
- Sens du service, rigueur et autonomie
- Aptitude Ă travailler en Ă©quipe et Ă communiquer efficacement
- Permis B obligatoire
Responsibilities
- Finalisation de lenrôlement des postes (affectation utilisateur, vérification de la connexion Wi-Fi, mises à jour systèmes)
- Accompagnement des utilisateurs lors du changement de poste (Windows 10 / Windows 11)
- Installation des logiciels métiers et utilisateurs (via centre logiciel ou exécutables fournis)
- Gestion logistique du matériel : récupération des anciens postes, inventaire via application PowerApps, signature des procès-verbaux dintervention
- Respect des procédures et des délais de déploiement
