Nous recherchons un Technicien support informatique Proximité N2 - Kiosque (H/F) pour assurer les missions suivantes :
- Logique, rigueur, fiabilité
- Bon esprit d'équipe (suivi opérationnel hebdomadaire avec SCC)
- Sens du service et de la satisfaction client
- Organisation et autonomie
- Communication professionnelle, bienveillante et facilitatrice
- Pédagogie et capacité d'accompagnement des utilisateurs

Responsibilities
En tant que technicien, je serai responsable de :
- L'accueil des utilisateurs sur différents sites
- La prise en charge des demandes d'assistance, dépannage et prêts
- La préparation et remise de matériels (PC, smartphones)
- L'ouverture et la gestion des incidents (traitement direct ou escalade)
- La gestion du parc matériel (remis ou reçu)
- Le suivi des activités via l'outil de gestion du Relay
- La mise à jour des référentiels
- L'enrôlement de smartphones et le paramétrage de PC
